Bluefield College is encouraging students as well as the local community and youth to get creative and submit to The Bluestone Review 2020.
The Bluestone Review is a literary magazine published by BC students under the direction of Dr. Rob Merritt, professor of English.
“We are hopeful to have an exciting and plentiful year with The Bluestone Review, and are eager to see everyone’s talent,” said Sidney Smith, Marketing Director of the review. “Whether you are a beginner or an experienced artist, we encourage you to submit to our magazine!”
Submission guidelines are as follows: five works per contributor with a maximum word limit of 750 words per piece. Contributions can be poetry, creative nonfiction, short essays and stories, song lyrics, artwork, and photography.
All works must be submitted by January 31, 2020, to be eligible for publication. Contributors should submit their works by email to [email protected] For postal mail, send to Bluefield College, The Bluestone Review, 3000 College Drive, Box #168, Bluefield, Virginia 24605.
Along with your submission, please include your name, address, contact information, Twitter username (if applicable), and one biographical sentence.
Published contributors will receive two free copies of the Magazine.
