Primary Job Responsibilities
Student workers are the front-line assistance to students coming into Bluefield Central. They must have good customer service skills when greeting students in person and on the phone. They will direct calls to the appropriate department or answer simple questions. Students are also required to do filing of financial aid documents along with creating new files for incoming students. Work-study students may be requested to do other projects as needed by the department.
