FACS Registration Form

Expectations for Students and Parents/Guardians: Students must be registered online through FACS at https://www.bluefield.edu/facs/. · All tuition fees must be received before instruction begins. · After each set of lessons, you will need to re-register before proceeding with lessons. (You will receive an email notifying you when these payments are to come due.) · Students should come to lessons prepared by completing the tasks assigned by their teachers. · Students must bring all assigned materials to their lessons. Failure to bring all needed items to a lesson may result in a lesson lost at the student/parent’s expense. · Come to class on time and ready to begin your lesson. If a student is tardy, the lesson will last for the remaining time in the scheduled time slot in consideration of other students. We cannot provide any credits, refunds, or discounts for late arrivals. · All cancellations require 24-hour notice to your instructor, or the lesson will be forfeited without a refund. · Students agree to invest the time necessary to enable a successful education. · Parents/guardians are required to meet students immediately after each lesson for reasons of safety and in fairness to the teaching staff and operation of the FACS program.
