by | Sep 27, 2023

Bluefield University Athletics is hosting local high school seniors for Community Day during the Rams football game on Saturday, September 30. Students in attendance who complete a free application to the university will be entered to win one of two $500 non-renewable scholarships. Recipients will be announced at half-time.

Bluefield, Graham, Princeton, and Tazewell high schools were each provided with 100 tickets for the game, and additional tickets will be available at local businesses. To be notified when these businesses are announced, follow Bluefield University Athletics on Facebook or @bluefieldrams on Instagram.

Bluefield University is a Christ-centered learning community developing servant leaders to transform the world. With over 40 degree programs and 20 varsity sports teams, we equip students to go further in their studies, their sport, and their faith. Our undergraduate programs will prepare you for a career or graduate studies while our partnerships with the Appalachian College of Pharmacy, Appalachian School of Law, and Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine (VCOM) provide you with pathways to excel in the healthcare and legal industries.

We look forward to local high school seniors joining us for Saturday’s match against the St. Andrews Knights! The game will begin at 7:00 p.m. at Mitchell Stadium.
