The Bachelor of Ministry Leadership (BML) at Bluefield University (offered exclusively to individuals within our partnership churches) prepares students for effective, faith-driven leadership in churches, missions, and faith-based organizations. Designed for those called to vocational ministry or advanced leadership roles, this program blends theological depth, leadership development, and real-world ministry experience.
