Bio

Werner Lind was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 1952, but raised in Iowa.  A graduate of Clinton (IA) Community College and a summa cum laude graduate of Kansas' Bethel College (History), he also holds an M.A. in Religion from Eastern Mennonite Seminary (1981) and the M.L.S. from Indiana State Univ. (1987).  Having served as both a teacher and a librarian in Christian higher education institutions, and as a public library director, he joined the faculty at BC as a librarian in 1992.  He and his wife Barbara (married in 1980) have three daughters and four grandchildren.
