Your alma mater is embarking on its latest reaffirmation of accreditation process with the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) Commission on Colleges.

Just what is accreditation, and why must the college reaffirm its accreditation every 10 years? Why is accreditation important to you, and how can you help your alma mater in the reaffirmation process.
