JOB SUMMARY: Bluefield College is seeking instructors for the Fine Arts Community School
JOB DESCRIPTION: The Bluefield College Fine Arts Community School (FACS) seeks applicants for part time instructors to teach quality non-credit courses and workshops through our Bluefield College Fine Arts Community School. The classes may involve evening or weekend classes, as scheduled.
The part time FACS instructor is responsible for presenting educational classes or workshops on topics in which the instructor has a level of expertise. Ages of the students are based on the class being taught.
Examples of some of our current and previous classes are: music, pottery, theatre, textiles, painting, dance, crafts and other community enrichment classes.
When applying for this position, please list a specific class that you would be interested in teaching.
As a FACS instructor, this individual is responsible for proposing a course activity, preparing course outlines for classes that will be taught, and teaching the class or workshop for the designated period.
Pay will be based on the classes/workshops taught through FACS.
