Our School Code is 003703.
If you would like additional information, contact the Financial Aid Office by calling 1-800-872-0175 ext 4280 or by emailing us at .
We are eager to help you finance your education through Bluefield College. Below is an overview of the steps to get you started:
1. Apply and be accepted for admission to Bluefield College.
2. Complete the Tuition & Fees Agreement Form. This form helps us understand how to better proceed with making arrangements for your financial aid, by telling us what types of aid you believe you may qualify to receive.
2. Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The FAFSA is the core document used to determine a student's financial need. You may complete the FAFSA online at www.fafsa.gov. We use this information to evaluate a student's eligibility for federal student aid. Be sure to review your student aid report and clear up any errors or eligibility concerns right away. If you do not receive an EFC (expected family contribution), there is a problem that needs to be resolved.
3. If you are a Virginia resident, complete and return the Virginia Tuition Assistance Grant Application (TAG) to the Bluefield College Financial Aid Office . This is a state award granted to full-time students who are Virginia residents. Your application must be received in our office on or before July 31 to ensure funding. Late applications are accepted through December 1, but awards are dependent upon funding by the Commonwealth. The form may be faxed to 276-326-4356.
NOTE: Financial aid programs and requirements change periodically. Please consult with the financial aid office for latest information and guidance.
