Food Services

The Valley Services team serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner to over 300 students and faculty daily.

The staff also caters an average of one to two meals per week in Shott Hall. On Sundays, the cafeteria is open to the public for lunch and serves a large option of breakfast, lunch, and dessert items to students and the community. Daily dining hall hours are listed below.


Dining Hall Hours

Monday through Friday

  • Breakfast 7:30-10:30 a.m.
  • Lunch 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
  • Dinner 5:00-7:00 p.m.

Saturday and Sunday

  • Brunch 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
  • Dinner 5:00-6:00 p.m.

Quick Shott Café (Starbucks) Hours

Monday through Friday

  • 7:30 a.m. – 10:30 p.m.

Saturday and Sunday

  • 8:30-10:30 p.m.
