Your Student Account Balance

Any student account with an outstanding balance will be placed in a hold status.

This includes accounts which are on payment plans, have parking tickets, library fines, residential hall fines, and returned checks. If a student account is placed in a hold status, the student will not be able to register for additional courses, participate in graduation, or receive an official transcript. Students current on their payment plan may contact BC Central to have their hold temporarily lifted during registration or to receive a transcript.

We encourage all students to monitor their account during the semester through the MyBC portal. We also encourage all students to monitor their Bluefield College email as important notifications are emailed regarding account balances and due dates. If a student has an outstanding balance on their account, they should contact BC Central to determine the best resolution for having the account cleared.
