The Lady Rams finished their 2010 season with a 3-13-3 record, improving from the previous year. Under Snow, the 2010 team defeated three teams that had never been beat by the Lady Rams, including Emory and Henry and NC Wesleyan. Snow came to BC from Colorado Springs where she moved in January 2010. While in Colorado, Snow coached with the Rush Soccer Club of Pikes Peak and with the Colorado Olympic Development Program. Before moving to Colorado, Snow was the interim Head Women's Soccer Coach at Oxford College of Emory University in Oxford, GA; where she also worked as Assistant Coach prior to her head coach promotion.
During the Fall 2009 season, Snow led the Lady Eagles to a 7-7-1 season and to their second consecutive appearance in the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Division III National Tournament, including Region Champions. As the first assistant coach in 2008, Snow worked the goalkeepers and defense and helped the team finish with a 14-5 record, and a fifth place ranking by the National Soccer Association of America and sixth place ranking by the NJCAA, including region champions and an appearance in the Elite 8 of the NJCAA National Tournament.
As a player, Snow was a scholarship recipient in 2004 and 2005 at Columbus State University, in which they won the Peach Belt Conference in 2005. She joined the coaching staff at Columbus State University after the 2005 season due to injuries and coached there through spring of 2008.
As part of the coaching staff at Columbus State, the Lady Cougars won the Peach Belt Conference Regular Season from 2005-2007, and the Conference Tournament Championship in 2006 and 2007. The team in 2007 finished ranked 7th in the nation and made it to the NCAA Division II Women's Soccer Tournament Elite Eight, after their first NCAA Tournament appearance in 2006.
Snow also coached for the Georgia Olympic Development Program from 2007-2010 and began coaching at the club and youth levels in high school, coaching at the Bluesprings Youth Soccer Association and Columbus Futbol Club. Currently, Snow is coaching for the West Virginia Olympic Development Program and joined the US Youth Soccer Region 1 Staff as a Regional Coach at the U-14 National ID Camp this summer at the University of Rhode Island.
