Visiting Teams Information

To Visiting Teams/Athletic Trainers:

We would like to welcome you to Bluefield College. We hope the following information will assist you as you prepare for your trip to Bluefield.

The main athletic training room is located in the Dome Gymnasium on the campus of Bluefield College. The athletic training room will be open a minimum of an hour and a half before each home contest. For sports which play off-campus (men's/women's soccer, baseball, softball, golf) it is recommended that you call ahead to make arrangements to utilize the athletic training room for anything other than taping and icing.

The following items will be provided on game day:

Water and cups
Injury ice
Ice bags and wraps
Emergency equipment (crutches, splints, etc)
Biohazard supplies
ATC on site
Towels will not be provided

If your team is traveling with a certified athletic trainer, our facilities and modalities will be at your disposal. If your team will not be traveling with an athletic trainer, we ask that you send detailed instructions for any modality use. Also we will be happy to tape your athletes, but please send sufficient taping supplies.
