Women's volleyball extends winning streak to 3 games
The women's volleyball team have three victories in the past two days.

Pikeville, Kentucky- The women's volleyball stole the show in Kentucky with two wins over Midway College and Pikeville College on Saturday afternoon, only needing seven sets to take care of business.
Momentum had been carried over for the team after its opening season win on Friday night in Bluefield as Coach Votaw's side was eager to continue its hot streak after a straight three-set victory over Tennessee Weslyan.
The Lady Rams opened Saturday's play against Midway College (Ky.) in dominating fashion as they continued it’s winning ways with its 2nd 3-set sweep in a row as they defeated Midway 25-20, 25-19, 25-19. The Lady Rams were led by Ashley Strickland with 10 kills and 14 digs. Megan Randall added 7 kills, 3 aces and 4 blocks. Yeda Duarte who currently ranks #3 in the NAIA in digs upped her per set dig average with a total of 31 digs on the night and also added 3 kills. Daily handed out 18 assists to go with 9 digs.
After its first win on Saturday, BC continued to roll and won three in a row. They defeated Pikeville College to win the Tri-Match with scores of 25-15, 22-25, 25-16, 26-24. Cheznee Daily had 35 assists and 20 digs. Megan Randall had another monster match with 19 kills, 3 aces, 5 blocks and 15 digs. Ashley Strickland contributed with 14 kills and 9 digs. Yeda Duarte led the team once again in digs with 25.
The women's volleyball team will be back in action on Wednesday at the Dome Gymnasium in another conference match versus Montreat. The Lady Rams currently stand with an overall 3-4 record and will look to win its fourth straight win and a chance to bring their overall record back to .500.
