Dear Rams Fans:
My name is Samantha Snow, and I am the new head coach for women's soccer at Bluefield College. I am extremely excited to be at Bluefield, and I have big plans for this program.
Part of these plans include a soccer mission trip to Mali, Kenya or South Africa with the Chris Nedelcovych Scholarship Foundation; new uniforms and gear for the team; video cameras and other equipment for player development; and community outreach, including volunteering at local schools and youth centers.
On the field, we are on a four-year plan to win the conference title and qualify for the NAIA National Tournament. In the classroom, we are aiming to keep a team GPA of 3.0. Of course, this is only a glimpse of all the plans I have for this team, but this gives you a better picture of the direction we are trying to go.
In order to put the plans into action, we need your help. The women's soccer team would like to ask for your support in the form of donations to our newly established Kickers' Club. The Kickers' Club is for the Bluefield College women's soccer team only; so everything donated will go straight to new uniforms and equipment, the mission trip to Africa, and anything else the women's soccer team needs funds for.
There are different levels to join within the Kickers' Club, and they are listed below. Each membership is valid for one school year (July to June).
'Lil Kickers - $50-$99 membership includes youth BC women's soccer t-shirt and one free youth soccer clinic hosted by the BC women's soccer team (spring 2011 dates to be determined)
Silver Boot - $100-$149 membership includes a signed BC women's soccer program and signed photo of the team
Golden Boot - $150-$249 membership includes signed BC women's soccer program, signed photo of the team, and an adult BC women's soccer t-shirt
Golden Ball - $250+ membership includes signed BC women's soccer program, signed photo of the team, an adult BC women's soccer polo, and special recognition at each home game
If you are interested in joining the Kickers' Club, please contact me by phone at 276-326-4357 or by e-mail at . Or, contact the Bluefield College Advancement Office by phone at 276-326-4458 or by e-mail at . Thank you for your support, and GO RAMS!
