Cross Country Teams Continuously Improving
The men's and women's cross country teams recently participated in the Maroon Invitational in Roanoke, Virginia finishing with the highest team scores thus far in the season.

Bluefield, VA—The men's and women's cross country teams recently participated in the Maroon Invitational in Roanoke, Virginia finishing with the highest team scores thus far in the season.
The fairly young teams have continuously improved as the season has progressed. The women's team finished 5th. Kara Georgiades was the highest finisher for the women's team with a 24:50 time ranking her 15th among the women; followed by Rachel Blosser (32), Kourtney McGrady (40) , Lyndsey Barton (46) , and Amber MacDonald (51).
The men's team also saw improvement during this run finishing in 7th place. Bradley Schmitt saw the highest time for the men's runners from BC finishing in 29th place with a 33:12 time. Following behind Schmitt was Alvin Board (45), Dmitry Zimin (45), and Keenan Rainer (56) for the men's team.
The cross country teams will be back in action on October 2nd running in Louisville, Kentucky and then on October 16 at Concord University.
