Bluefield, VA—The Lady Rams took on conference rival Bryan College losing 3-1.
The Lady Rams who lost the first two games (25-18, 25-11) fought back and won the third game (25-22) then dropped the final game (25-13) to close out the matches. The team averaged 33 kills, with Takashi Franklin having 11 of the kills of her own. Cheznee Daily had all of the teams 25 assists. The team also had a total of 102 digs with Yeda Duarte having 30 of them.
The Lady Rams will play Montreat College at Montreat September 14. The team is back at home Wednesday against University of Charleston at 6:00 pm.
