The team will play a total of sixteen games at home and nineteen games on the road faces the same uphill battle as the men's basketball team playing on the road. In addition to playing NCAA DI and DII schools, the Lady Rams will play top ranked National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) and NAIA Division I teams as well. Emmanuel was ranked number 1 and Mount Vernon Nazarene was ranked number 2, another NAIA DI and NCCAA team the Lady Rams will face is Southern Wesleyan University.

The Lady Rams will play two NCAA Division I schools on the road, they play High Point University in High Point, North Carolina on December 11 at 7:00 pm and the next night play Wofford College in Spartanburg, South Carolina at 3:00. The Lady Rams will also face the challenge of the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) members Reinhardt University, Milligan College, Union College, Tennessee Wesleyan College, Bryan College, Montreat College, and Virginia Intermont College. Tennessee Wesleyan won the AAC Tournament last year where the Lady Rams lost in the first round to the eventual champions.

The Lady Rams junior varsity team will scrimmage Oak Hill Academy on October 27 at 7:00 pm in the dome gymnasium. This 2010-2011 season provides one of the most challenging schedules faced by the Lady Rams team but Coach Steve Hardin feels his team is up to the challenge.

"This schedule will truly be a test for out program, playing up in levels every non- conference game, I hope this will prepare us for conference and tournament play," said Hardin. "Wins will be extremely tough to come by but as long as we are getting better everyday and every game we will be a tough team to play after Christmas and this is our goal: hit our stride in AAC play."

The Lady Rams are coached by third year head coach Steve Hardin who is assisted by second year coach Jessica Brokaw. For more on the Lady Rams schedule please visit the www.bluefield.edu/athletics.
