Bluefield, VA-- Adam Hoyt was named on The Cal Ripken Collegiate Baseball League 2010 Mid- Atlantic Classic Roster. The game set to be played Wednesday July 14, in Bethesda, Maryland.
Adam Hoyt, plays in collegiate summer league All- Star game.Hoyt is a member of the Southern Maryland Nationals collegiate baseball league. Hoyt who hails from Calvert County, Maryland is a rising senior at Bluefield College. Hoyt who showed action all season including the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) World Series capped of the season with an 8-5 record and a 3.91 ERA.
The Mid- Atlantic Classic features All- Stars from the Cal Ripken League and the Valley Baseball League facing off in rare inter-league summer college baseball. The Cal Ripken League is comprised of eight teams the Alexandria Aces, Bethesda Big Train, Southern Maryland Nationals, Herndon Braves, Baltimore Redbirds, Rockville Express, Silver Spring- Takoma T-Bolts, and the Youse's Orioles.
