Park View High School honored 14 athletes who have made plans to play in college next year with a ceremony in the school's cafeteria on Thursday.
Adam Flees has received partial scholarships for both baseball and golf and will attend Bluefield College next fall. Adam was a member of the Boys' Varsity Golf Team for his junior and senior years and a member of the Varsity Baseball Team for his sophomore, Junior, and Senior years. His leadership and talents on the golf team helped the team lower its average score each of those years. Adam was named a Dulles District Scholar Athlete his senior year. He will be missed by his golf and baseball teammates and coaches.
