If you understand and agree to the terms of the Appalachian Festival Committee, please complete and submit the form below being sure to indicate that you understand the terms and conditions. This event will take place on Saturday, April 13, 2019, and will run from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Terms of Agreement
  1. All vendor applications must be received at least one week prior to the event.
  2. The Appalachian Festival is a family function. No alcohol, tobacco, or inappropriate language will be tolerated. Vendors who do not abide by these rules will be asked to leave.
  3. The Appalachian Festival Committee will review all vendor applications and determine if a booth is appropriate for the festival. When this decision is made, vendors will be notified through the contact information provided in the registration form.
  4. Booth areas will be chosen by the Appalachian Festival Committee.
  5. There is a $10.00 fee for each vendor spot.
  6. One six-foot table will be provided for each booth/vendor approved. If more tables are needed, vendors may bring up to two additional similar tables as long as they fit within the space provided.
  7. Vendor canopies must be securely anchored to the ground with heavy spikes or weights. Small wire stakes will not be allowed.
  8. Set up time is from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. the day of the event. Please be set up promptly by 9:30 a.m.
  9. Tear down will not begin until 4:00 p.m. Please do not tear down prior to that time.
  10. Lunch will be sold in the Bluefield College cafeteria and by food vendors on campus.
  11. Food vendors are required to abide by Tazewell County Health Department regulations.
