A message from Bill Perry

President Olive,

I wanted to take this time and let you know how much your staff helped me in obtaining my degree. I never thought I would have this opportunity to achieve this high honor I am proud to say I am an alumni of Bluefield College. Dr. Walls, Dr. Farmer, Dr. Stout, Ms. Bailey, Ms. Cathy Payne, and everyone else I was in contact with there went above and beyond to assist me anytime I called or met with them in person.They all seemed to know the hardships of working a full time job, raising a family and completing school. For that I praise your staff.

My wife and I adopted two brothers seven years ago and by watching me cross that stage December 18 it has made them want to follow me in obtaining their degrees. My children wanting to follow me in academic endeavors is the most important achievement to my wife and I. Bluefield College and the great staff there has made this achievement possible and for that I am thankful.

Although I know you know the caliber of your staff I felt compelled to personally send you this email praising your faculty.
