The Management concentration offers the managers of tomorrow the theoretical underpinning and hands-on experience that will allow them to realize their abilities, draw on their strengths, and exercise their dormant skills. Students explore management principles (sound practices, ethical considerations, and organizational structure); marketing (manufacturing, retail, and wholesale); and organizational theory (managing groups and individuals, international considerations, and improving job satisfaction and productivity).
