Information Technology

Rising to the challenge of providing current course content, the Division of Business has revamped its concentration offerings from Management Information Systems to Information Technology. The new concentration offers more up-to-date options to students, more hands-on programming opportunities, and more relevant internship situations. More of our graduates are being called upon to be network designers, network engineers, and network troubleshooters. More graduates are being asked to exploit the newer technologies that businesses need to compete in today's market. More graduates are assuming the role of information technologist (programmer, developer, trainer, network architect) once they leave our campus. Information Technology offers a hands-on learning environment for our students. We offer up-to-date computing facilities, a knowledgeable faculty and staff to draw from, and a ripe marketplace. We look forward to the growth that is surely to occur in this discipline.
