eLearning Issues

Please know that eLearning support is provided by Academics. They simply use our ticketing system to help manage requests. For eLearning issues, we recommend submitting a Support Request on MyBC using the eLearning category.

General Technology Issues

The best method for obtaining general support is to submit a Support Request on MyBC. Be sure to select the most appropriate category that relates to your issue, and provide as much information as possible, including any error messages you may have received.

Student Device Support Statement

The Bluefield College IST Department does not provide technical assistance for student computers other than assisting with connection to the campus network. We are unable to replace hardware, install software, and/or resolve other system-oriented issues. We are always glad to take a look at a student's system, attempt to quickly determine what issues may exist, and make a recommendation for the student's next steps to work towards resolving the issue.
